Lyra is a character in the series The Legend of Spinarak-Man. She is Peter's next door neighbor in New Bark Town and later his traveling companion.

History[]

Lyra is Peter's next door neighbor and friend when he was living in New Bark Town. They use to play with each other when Peter wasn't busy with chores, watching TV, or practicing science. One day, Lyra befriended a Marill when she was exploring the town. They both became good friends and began to play with each other. When Lyra began her journey, Professor Elm has her do an errand which is getting a Mystery Egg from Mr. Pokémon. Lyra even made Marill her partner when it followed her to the lab. After acquiring the Mystery Egg, Professor Elm entrusts her with caring for the egg. When Lyra and Marill were exploring Dark Cave, they accidentally spooked a flock of Zubats. Lyra tripped over a rock and twisted her ankle while also getting separated from Marill. It was then that she reunites with Marill while also meeing Peter again along with his friends Harry and Hobie. After Hobie tends to Lyra's broken ankle, the four trainers makes it out of the cave. Lyra then asks Peter to join his group feeling that it was no fun to travel the Johto region alone to which Peter and his friends agrees to do.

As a beginning trainer, Lyra is very new on her journey. She is a kind girl and loves Pokémon very much. When she joined Peter's group, Lyra began to learn different things about being a trainer and about different Pokémon she has never seen. Lyra even shows to have a strong bond with her Marill during the time they spent with each other. After experiencing her first battle with Peter, Lyra began to take part in battles wanting to get strong herself.
