Ghandel is the Prisoner Pokemon. It evolves from an unknown Pokemon.
Apperance[]
Ghandel has a skinny, purple body, slightly lighter colored than Gengar. It's skinny arms are in the air, as if trying to scare someone, with 4 sharp, pointy fingers. It also has gray, metal cuffs below its hands, which are attached to chains, which go all the way to the ground. It's head is squareish-round, and its mouth is in a zig-zag shape. It has several squiggly octopus-like arms, but much shorter, that extend out of the sides of its stomach, which are red, black, and white. It's legs have conjoined, and now form a ghostly tail.

Ghandel is thought to be the remains of a human that died in Prison. These Pokemon are extremely dangerous, but can be heard fro far away due to the sounds their chains make.
Pokemon Light[]
The chains on Ghandel's arms lead scientists to believe that these Pokemon are the spirits of deceased criminals that died in jail. Due to the sounds of the chains, these deadly Pokemon can be heard from far away.
