Flabébé is a Fairy-type Pokémon. It can evolve into Floette starting at level 19, which evolves into Florges.
Biology[]
Flabébé has the title of being the smallest and lightest Pokémon ever to have existed. Its not actually the flower, but it has to find a flower which it then protects its entire life, which can be differant colors. It has a halo-like feature made up of yellow spheres, and it has two red dots on its cheeks. It has a green lower body with no visible legs, and the rest of it is white.
Flabébé can draw out and control the power of flowers. When it finds a flower it likes, it dwells on that flower its whole life long.
Flabébé floats in the wind's embrace with an untroubled heart.
