Azelf does not evolve. It is also a legendary Pokémon. Also known as The Being of Willpower, this Pokemon keeps the world in balance. It is said that Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf all came from the same egg.

Appearance

Azelf has a baby blue and light blue head. It has a red gem on it's forehead, and yellow eyes. Baby blue circles it's face, then comes up to the ends of it's ears and to the tip of it's head. It's head's top comes back, causing a bag of skin to hang over the back of Azelf's head. It has a big belly and two fingers. It has short, but fat, arms. It's legs are tiny, and it has no toes. It has two tails, each one having two spikes coming out of the side and then having three large spikes at the tip. It has a red gem in the middle of the three large spikes.
